The company is managed by Carlos Zitkoski and Cíntia Franco.

Carlos loved being a swimming coach but found his passion again in entrepreneurship, having his own business. He has an extensive experience in B2B, and here at C&C, he is behind sales and after-sales, ensuring that customers receive the best possible treatment even after closing a deal.

Cíntia is passionate about animals, teaching and operations management. She has a PhD in Operations Management, and here at C&C, she is behind the numbers and operations, buying the best products and materials, recruiting staff and employee training to guarantee the cutting-edge quality we promise.
